Game keeps trying to download files steam
27 Aug 2015 I am copying installation folders for games over to my new PC. It says "Discovering existing files" then proceeds to try and download the entire 18 Sep 2015 Also now steam let you choose where download games; i hove NOT tested next to it but the game won't recognize the existing game files on the hard drive.
